Terms of Service — BISP 8171 Checker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "BISP 8171 CNIC Checker" application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

2. Unofficial Status

THIS APP IS COMPLETELY UNOFFICIAL. It is not developed, maintained, or endorsed by BISP or the Government of Pakistan. The App serves purely for informational and educational purposes. For official information, please visit the official BISP website or contact BISP directly.

3. No Government Affiliation

The developer (DMU - Digital Marketing Universe) has no affiliation, partnership, or relationship with BISP, the Government of Pakistan, or any governmental entity. Any logos, names, or references to BISP are used solely for identification purposes and do not imply endorsement.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The App queries publicly available information to check BISP eligibility and payment status. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED. Data may be outdated, incorrect, or unavailable. Users must verify all information through official BISP channels before making any decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Data Verification: Verifying all information through official BISP sources before relying on it
• CNIC Privacy: Protecting your CNIC number and not sharing it with unauthorized parties
• Legal Compliance: Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Understanding Limitations: Recognizing this is an unofficial tool with no legal standing

6. CNIC Data Processing

When you enter a CNIC number, it is transmitted to query public BISP interfaces. We do not permanently store CNIC numbers on our servers. However, the data is processed transiently to provide results. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. No Liability for Decisions

THE APP IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the App, including but not limited to financial decisions, benefit claims, or any actions taken based on eligibility status shown in the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information will be accurate or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DMU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. This includes but is not limited to damages from incorrect eligibility information, missed payments, or reliance on outdated data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMU, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
