Terms of Service — Bulk Uninstaller

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Bulk Uninstaller" application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

2. App Functionality

Bulk Uninstaller is a system utility that allows you to view installed applications and uninstall multiple apps simultaneously. The App provides storage statistics and filtering options to help manage your device's applications.

3. PERMANENT DATA LOSS WARNING

UNINSTALLING APPLICATIONS IS PERMANENT. When you uninstall an app using this tool:

• The application and ALL its data will be permanently deleted from your device
• All settings, preferences, saved files, and user data within that app will be lost
• There is NO undo function, NO recovery option, and NO backup created
• You will need to reinstall the app and reconfigure it from scratch if you want it back
• Any in-app purchases, progress, or content may be lost permanently

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DATA LOSS.

4. System App Protection

While the App includes warnings and protections against uninstalling critical system applications, these protections may not be perfect. Uninstalling system apps can cause device instability, boot loops, or complete device failure. Never uninstall apps you don't recognize or understand.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Verification: Verifying which apps you want to uninstall before confirming
• Backups: Creating backups of important data before uninstalling apps
• Understanding: Understanding what each app does before removing it
• Consequences: Accepting all consequences of uninstalling applications
• Device Stability: Maintaining your device's stability and functionality

6. No Liability for Data Loss

DMU (Digital Marketing Universe) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, SYSTEM INSTABILITY, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS APP. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of personal data, photos, videos, or documents
• Loss of app settings, preferences, or configurations
• Loss of in-app purchases or paid content
• Device becoming unusable or requiring factory reset
• Loss of productivity or business data

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT ERRORS, THAT SYSTEM PROTECTIONS WILL PREVENT ALL CRITICAL UNINSTALLS, OR THAT YOUR DEVICE WILL REMAIN STABLE AFTER USING THE APP.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DMU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM DATA LOSS, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR ANY OTHER HARM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMU from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or uninstallation of applications.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
