This Privacy Policy describes how Pak All Network Packages ("we", "our", or "the App") handles user information. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
The app provides a directory of mobile network bundles and does not require any personal information to function. All data displayed is publicly available package information obtained from network operators.
However, to tailor the experience we may read your device's SIM/telephony information (operator name, country code) via the READ_PHONE_STATE or similar permission. This data is used locally to highlight your current carrier’s packages and is not transmitted to our servers.
2. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for advertising and analytics. These services may collect identifiers or usage data as described below. Collected data is used solely to improve the app and to serve relevant advertisements.
2.1 Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use device identifiers and cookies to serve personalised ads. You can opt-out through your device settings.
2.2 Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app. Data collected includes app opens, screen views, and non–personal device information (model, OS version). Firebase is part of the Google Mobile Services suite.
2.3 Crash Reporting
Firebase Crashlytics captures anonymised stack traces and device state when the app crashes. No personal data is sent. This service helps us fix bugs quickly.
3. Permissions
The app requests the following permissions for specific functionality:
- android.permission.INTERNET: Required to fetch package data and load advertisements.
- android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE (or
READ_SMS/READ_PHONE_NUMBERSon newer Android versions): Used to access SIM/telephony information so the app can detect your network operator and display relevant bundles. The information is processed locally and not shared.
Other than these, no sensitive personal data is collected.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update the privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
