Terms of Service — Pak All Network Packages

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the "Pak All Network Packages" application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. App Functionality
The App provides a consolidated list of prepaid and postpaid network packages from Pakistani mobile operators for informational purposes. It does not perform any billing or transaction functions.
2.1 Permissions & Data
To improve the user experience the App may request permission to access your device's SIM/telephony information (such as operator name or country code) using READ_PHONE_STATE or a similar API. This information is used solely on the device to automatically highlight packages offered by your current carrier and is not stored or transmitted. You may deny the permission, but some features may require manual carrier selection.
The App also integrates third‑party analytics and advertising SDKs (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics). These services collect aggregated, non‑personal data to help us improve the app and display relevant ads; see the Privacy Policy for details.
3. Accuracy Disclaimer
We strive to keep the package information up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all details are accurate or current. Operators may change their offers without notice. Users should verify package terms with the respective carrier.
4. No Liability
DMU (Digital Marketing Universe) shall not be liable for any decisions made based on the information in the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any financial loss, service disruption, or misunderstandings resulting from outdated or incorrect package details.
5. Third-Party Content
Links to carrier websites or external resources are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
