DMCA Policy — Pak Any Bill Checker

1. Copyright Policy & Repeat Infringers

Pak Any Bill Checker respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws, we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users or developers who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that is alleged to be infringing, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that any material available through the App infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your notification must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material within the App (e.g., the specific URL or screen name).
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and an email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material you submitted to the App or that was linked through the App was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed material in accordance with the DMCA. Please note that filing a false counter-notice may result in legal liability.
