1. Introduction
Pak Any Bill Checker ("the App") is developed and maintained by DMU (Digital Marketing Uplifters). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App.
The App provides easy access to utility bill information from official government and telecom bill portals in Pakistan. Some of these third-party bill portals may only be accessible within Pakistan due to regional or network restrictions imposed by those sources.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or share your personal information directly. However, third-party services integrated into the App may collect certain data automatically:
- Firebase Analytics (Google): Collects anonymized usage data such as app opens, screen views, session duration, device model, operating system version, and country. This helps us understand how users interact with the App and improve it. No personally identifiable information is transmitted to Firebase.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Collects crash reports including device state, stack traces, and app version at the time of a crash. This helps us fix bugs and improve stability.
- Firebase Remote Config (Google): Used to remotely configure app behavior and appearance without requiring an app update. This allows us to deliver dynamic features and adjust settings server-side.
- Google AdMob: Collects advertising ID (AAID), device information, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve relevant advertisements. AdMob may use this data for personalized or contextual advertising.
3. How We Use Information
The data collected via third-party services is used solely for:
- Analyzing app usage trends and improving features.
- Diagnosing and fixing crashes and technical issues.
- Displaying advertisements via Google AdMob to support the app's free availability.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties beyond what is described in this policy.
4. Firebase Services
The App uses Firebase, a platform provided by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are integrated to monitor app performance and user engagement. Data processed by Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

5. Google AdMob Advertising
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use the device's advertising ID (AAID) and other device information to serve ads that are relevant to you. You can control personalized advertising through your device settings:
- Android: Open Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- Reset Advertising ID: You may reset your advertising ID at any time through the same settings menu.

6. Third-Party Links & Regional Access
The App provides links to official utility bill portals operated by government and telecom entities in Pakistan. These include:
- LESCO, IESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, GEPCO, HESCO, QESCO, SEPCO, K-Electric (electricity)
- SNGPL, SSGC (gas)
- WASA Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, WSSP Peshawar, KWSB Karachi (water)
- PTCL, Nayatel, StormFiber, Wateen (broadband/internet)
Important note: Some of these third-party portals may only be accessible from within Pakistan due to network restrictions, geoblocking, or regional infrastructure limitations. If a particular link does not load, it may be restricted to Pakistani networks.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external websites. You should review their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.
7. No Government Affiliation
This app does not represent any government entity. It is an independent utility developed by DMU to make official bill lookup more convenient. The App does not host, store, or alter any billing data — it simply directs users to the official public portals where that data is available.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect data transmitted through the App. All links to official bill portals use HTTPS where available. We do not store any personal data on our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is rated for ages 3+ on Google Play, but it is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data through our third-party services, we will take steps to delete that information. Parents are encouraged to monitor their children's app usage.
10. Your Choices & Controls
- Opt out of personalized ads: Adjust your Android device settings as described in Section 5.
- Reset advertising ID: Available in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Uninstall the App: You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the App from your device.
- Firebase Analytics opt-out: You may opt out of Firebase Analytics by using the "Limit Ad Tracking" setting on your device.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
