Terms of Service — Pak Any Bill Checker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Pak Any Bill Checker" mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the App and should uninstall it immediately.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the User") and DMU (Digital Marketing Uplifters), the developer and publisher of the App.

2. App Description

Pak Any Bill Checker is a utility tool that provides easy access to utility bill information from official government and telecom bill portals in Pakistan. The App covers electricity (LESCO, IESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, GEPCO, HESCO, QESCO, SEPCO, K-Electric), gas (SNGPL, SSGC), water (WASA, KWSB, WSSP), and broadband/internet (PTCL, Nayatel, StormFiber, Wateen) bills.

Important note: Some of the bill portals linked within the App may only be accessible from within Pakistan. Users outside Pakistan may experience difficulty accessing certain links due to regional network restrictions or geoblocking imposed by those third-party sources.

The App does not represent any government entity and is not affiliated with any of the bill service providers listed within it. It is solely a convenience tool that redirects users to publicly available official bill portals.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics & Remote Config): Used for anonymous usage analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration of app features. Governed by Firebase Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements within the App. Governed by AdMob Terms and Google Ads Policies.

4. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or the servers and networks connected to the App.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App or the linked bill portals.
• Misrepresent yourself or your billing information when using third-party bill portals accessed through the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name "Pak Any Bill Checker", logo, design, layout, and all code, is the intellectual property of DMU (Digital Marketing Uplifters). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its components without prior written consent from DMU.

6. Information Sources & Disclaimer

The App provides links to the following types of official third-party portals. We do not host, store, or control the billing data displayed on these portals:

• Electricity: lesco.gov.pk, bill.pitc.com.pk (for IESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, GEPCO, HESCO, QESCO, SEPCO), ke.com.pk (K-Electric)
• Gas: sngpl.com.pk (SNGPL), viewbill.ssgc.com.pk (SSGC)
• Broadband: customer.nayatel.com, dbill.ptcl.net.pk, my.stormfiber.com, selfcare.wateen.com
• Water: cms.wasalhr.pk, wasarwp.gop.pk, wasafaisalabad.gop.pk, kwsb.gos.pk, and related WASA portals

Note on regional access: Some of these portals may only function or be accessible within Pakistan. Users attempting to access them from outside Pakistan may encounter network errors or redirects. We are not responsible for the availability of these external services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DMU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DMU does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. The accuracy and availability of billing information on linked third-party portals is the sole responsibility of those service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DMU (DIGITAL MARKETING UNIVERSE), ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Inaccurate billing information obtained from third-party portals
• Inability to access third-party portals due to regional restrictions
• Any conduct or content of third-party services linked through the App

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if DMU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DMU, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party, including government entities or telecom providers.
• Any information you submit to third-party bill portals accessed through the App.

10. Termination

DMU reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the App from your device.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Disclaimer

Disclaimer: This app does not represent any government entity. It is a convenience tool for viewing electricity bills online. The app only serves as a portal for publicly available data.
