Qibla Finder is a utility application that uses your device's GPS and compass sensors to determine and display the direction to the Kaaba in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The App is designed to assist Muslims in finding the Qibla direction for prayer.

3. Religious Use Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: This App is a TOOL ONLY and should not be considered a religious authority or substitute for proper Islamic guidance. The App provides directional assistance based on technological sensors and calculations. For religious matters, please consult with qualified Islamic scholars and authorities.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

The accuracy of the Qibla direction depends on several factors:

• Device Sensors: Compass and GPS accuracy varies by device quality and manufacturer
• Magnetic Interference: Electronic devices, metal objects, and magnetic fields can affect compass readings
• GPS Signal: Location accuracy depends on GPS signal strength and availability
• Calibration: Device sensors may require periodic calibration for optimal accuracy
• Environmental Factors: Buildings, weather, and geographic location can affect sensor performance

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% ACCURACY. Users should verify the Qibla direction using multiple methods when possible.

DMU (Digital Marketing Universe) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM INACCURATE QIBLA DIRECTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PRAYERS PERFORMED IN AN INCORRECT DIRECTION. The App is provided as a convenience tool and should not be solely relied upon for determining prayer direction.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will provide accurate Qibla direction in all circumstances or that it will function without errors or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DMU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
